TASTING NOTES Initial Shiraz aromas include ripe plum and cherry, followed by the leafy, cedary spice and red currant aromas of Cabernet Sauvignon. The palate is rich and very generous, yet soft and supple. Balanced flavours linge throughout the long finish. DESCRIPTION Matured for 11 months in 19% new French and Hungarian oak hogsheads and barriques, balance in 1 to 5 year old French, American and Hungarian barrels. The wine was matured for eight and a half months in older French oak hogsheads. INFORMATION DETAILS Alcohol: 14.5% Food pairing: Braise beef cheeks, silky lamb shanks, cooked lamb pie

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
