TASTING NOTES A refreshing Syrah from the Cape which shows elegant spice and fynbos aromas and a delightful combination of ripe red fruits and peppery spice flavours, as well as complex structure. In an age where Syrah is known for making big, polished and powerful, often sweet fruited wines, we have chosen the path less travelled by showing a restrained and subtle expression of one of the Cape’s most exciting varieties. DESCRIPTION Harvest: Hand-picked. Aging: Half of the wine was matured in older French oak barrels (3rd, 4th and 5th fill) for 6 months and assembled with the tank matured half before bottling INFORMATION DETAILS ABV: 13% Grape: 100% Shiraz

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
