Ingredients

Fresh bamboo shoots; water; salt; acidity regulator (INS330); preservative (INS211).

Instructions For Use

Remove the water and wash, cut lengthwise or tear into large/small pieces as desired. Blanch in boiling water. Boil or steam. Mix stir-fry with vermicelli/seafood, onions, carrots, etc. cook soup, hot pot or stew with other foods: geese, chicken, duck, pork ribs, etc. Can be used to prepare vegetarian dishes.

Storage Instructions

Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
