Inspired by traditional salt processing methods but applying modern technology, Ong Cha Va Snow Flower Salt 225g brings a type of salt that is as light and fluffy as snow petals. The seawater, after being filtered through multiple layers to remove impurities, will be heated to a temperature above 100°C. When the water boils, the natural salt snow foam rises, crystallizes and forms fine salt grains. Thanks to that, Snow Flower Salt has a milder saltiness than regular salt, while retaining its natural sweetness and precious minerals. Snow Flower Salt is ideal for finishing high-class dishes, lightly seasoning salads, steaks, sashimi, or using it directly to preserve its delicate flavor.
