Big and rich fruit intensity, which is evident on both the nose andthe palate. The wine hastropical and citrus peel notes with lingering flavours of green citrus. A wine that keeps on giving. The No.3 is harvested from the family vineyard, situated in White Hutt, Clare Valley. The grapes are grown on heavy red clay soils. The heavy soils being responsible for the fruit generosity that has now become the hallmark of the No.3. Harvested early March, on a dry year, this wine show the abundance of fruit that we expect from the No.3. INFORMATION DETAILS Variety: 100% Reisling ABV: 12.5% Cellaring potential: The Riesling drinks well young, but will also reward with cellaring

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
