Instructions For Use

Naturally defrosted, cooked before eating.
- No need to defrost, let the pan hot (temperature about 135 - 1450C), then put the fish in the pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side, the taste can be used with beer/wine or served with hot rice .
- Or let the pan heat up (temperature is about 135 - 1450C), then put the fish in the pan and fry for about 3 -4 minutes on each side and pour the teriyaki sauce on for 10-15 seconds.

Storage Instructions

In the freezer compartment or at -15°C to -18°C. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
