TASTING NOTES The wine is green and vibrant in appearance, with zesty lemon and grapefruit aromas. The palate is intense and generous, with lively lime, citrus flavours. The wine finishes dry with refreshing, long acidity. As is the case with all great Eden Valley Rieslings, mesh will age gracefully into a mature wine. Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
