Almost transparent in colour, this wine shows great purity and refinement. A fragrant bouquet, with flavours of lemon peel and bath salts all carried along by a soft texture, a long fine acidity and a persistent finish. Great attention was paid to harvesting dates along with gentle destemming and minimal use of sulphur. Only the free run portion of the juice from selected parcels was used for this wine, to ensure the elegance and purity of flavour was maintained. INFORMATION DETAILS Variety: Riesling Harvest: March 2017 Alcohol: 11.7% pH: 2.85 Total Acidity: 7.75 g/L Residual sugar: 2 g/L Cellaring Potential: 10-15 years Serving suggession: Asian food in particular light, fragrant Thai curries; or beer-battered whiting with tartare sauce and lemon.

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
