TASTING NOTES It is a young delicate and refreshing wine. Soft and vivid smell with a good balanced and fruity (cherry, rasp-berry) taste in mouth. Elegant wine with a long-lasting after-taste. Serving temperature around 14C DESCRIPTION Harvest at a ripening stage. Alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature with carbonic maceration and malolactic fermentation. Maturing in underground tanks and bottling at the beginning of the spring to keep the flavors. INFORMATION DETAILS ABV: 12% vol. Grape: 100% black Gamay.

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
