Fine Couscous - hard to find in the UK, this couscous, as its name suggests, is much finer than standard medium grain couscous. Use in salads or Moroccan dishes.

100% Durum Wheat Semolina
Instructions For Use
To cook, bring 1 glass of salted water to the boil, remove from the heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil and one glass full of couscous. Stir then cover and leave for two minutes. Add a knob of butter then separate the grains with a fork.
Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place
