Smooth yellow tinged with golden tint Well-structured, this mellow wine shares with you its fruity notes of citrus, pineapple, apricot, candied fruits. Drink cool around 8-10°C Harvested from over-ripe grapes, the moult is pressurised before fermentation. 36 to 48 hours of maceration at a controlled temperature (16-18°C) enhances this mellow wine’s wine’s aromatic clearness and roundness, reaching a remarkable typicity. Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
