TASTING NOTES Color: Purple Red. Nose: Complex, reminiscent of sour cherries and licorice with a toast of roasted coffee. Mouth: A juicy, medium-bodied wine with lots of woodland fruit and a dark chocolate finish. DESCRIPTION Aging in French oak barrels 18 months. 60% new barrels, 40% one year old barrels INFORMATION DETAILS Grape Varieties: 65% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon Alcohol Content: 13.5%

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
