Traditional Vietnamese pancake mix – quick and tasty.

Ingredients

Flour, wheat flour, turmeric powder and salt

Instructions For Use

Take the flour and mix it with 750ml of coconut milk, then add the turmeric powder and chopped green onions and stir well.

Grind the pan until hot, add the onions, shrimp and meat and stir-fry briefly, then scoop the flour into the pan and spread evenly, add the bean sprouts and cooked green beans in the middle of the pan.

Cover the lid for about 3 minutes until the bean sprouts are cooked.

Open the lid when the cake is evenly golden brown and crispy, then fold the cake (half a circle) and scoop the cake onto a plate and serve with the fish sauce.

Continue to pour the remaining flour until finished.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
