Whipping up delicious homemade baked goods has never been easier with the range of mixes from Betty Crocker, which includes this choc chunk muffin mix.Each mix contains chocolate chips and white chocolate chunks, so you'll be able to bake perfect mouthwatering muffins every time.

Ingredients

Sugar, Wheat Flour, White Chocolate Chunks (9%) (Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Skimmed Milk Powder, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Flavouring), Chocolate Chips (7%) (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Flavouring, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin)), Palm Fat, Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder (3%), Raising Agents (Sodium Carbonates, Diphosphates, Calcium Phosphates), Thickener (Cellulose Powder), Corn Starch, Salt, Emulsifier (Mono- And Diglycerides Of Fatty Acids), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid)

Instructions For Use

Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C for fan assisted ovens or refer to manufacturer's instructions)/Gas Mark 6.
Place the included 6 muffin cases in muffin tin.
1. Mix the water, oil, egg and muffin mix together by hand (batter will be lumpy).
2. Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin cases.
3. Bake in the center of the oven for 17-21 minutes, until the sponge is springy to touch and/or a round knife comes out clean. Cool and then remove from tin.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place.
