Ingredients

Pangasius 60%, coating 40% (wheat flour, corn flour, soybean oil, salt, sugar, flavor enhancer (INS 621), raising agent (INS 500(ii)), spices (ginger, spring onion, pepper), natural color (INS 160c))

Instructions For Use

Do not defrost product; deep-fry in hot oil at 165-170C for 4-5 minutes.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen at ≤ -18oC
