Ingredients
Fish sauce (anchovy, salt), sugar, fresh vegetables and fruits extract 16.79% (shallot onion, garlic, onion, tomato, spring onion), palm oil, coconut caramel, salt, corn starch, pepper, INS 621, INS 631, INS 627, INS 160c(i), INS 150a, INS 415.
Instructions For Use
Direction for use: 1 pack Sauce for Simmer Fish/Pork use for 500g of meat or fish.
1. Marinate fish/meat with Barona Sauce for Simmered Fish/Pork in 20 to 30 minutes.
2. Fry shallot and garlic until fragrant, add marinated fish/pork and turn occasionally until they get the firm texture.
3. Pour water to nearly cover fish/pork and simmer until fish/pork is well done and sauce is almost thicken.
4. Serve in a plate, sprinkle pepper. Enjoy with steamed rice.

Storage Instructions
Keep in dry, cool place, avoid direct sunlight and once opened, keep refrigerated.
