Prepared in the Villani factory in Bentivoglio in the province of Bologna, it contains only cooked, knife-cut pork shoulder and top-quality lardons. The delicate hint of fresh garlic, black peppercorns and rosemary give this delicious salami a truly unique flavour! The origins of pink salami date back to the seventeenth century, the period of its maximum diffusion and consumption: unfortunately, over the centuries its use has been overshadowed by mortadella and today only a very few cured meat factories still dedicate themselves to its production.

Store in cool & dry place. Protect from sun light and strong smell, ideally store at 1-4°C
