Ducs de Gascogne has been creating terrine recipes since 1953. All Ducs de Gascogne terrines are made in Gimont in the heart of the Gers.
Ingredients
Duck meat (25%), pork fat, poultry liver, pork throat, egg, white wine, salt, carrot fibre, shallot, pepper, nutmeg.
Instructions For Use
Can be served as a delicious first course, in sandwiches, in buffet spreads, appetizers and snacks…Better when comsume fresh.
Storage Instructions
Keep away from heat and moisture. After opening, keep in the fridge from 0-4oC and consume within 3 days
