Details

The wine develops such a unique and noble characteristics due to its Clay and limestone terroir which is responsible for the fruity presence and a hint of spice in the aromas. Being 100% Pinot Noir, the wine is the result of rigorous sorting and selection of the berries before a cold pre-fermentation maceration taking place for around 20 days that is followed by the fermentation in thermo-regulated tanks

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
