Mimolette also called "Boule de Lille" is made in France since the 17th century. However, its origins remain confused, some claim that it comes from Holland, others claim that it is French. Its manufacture remains traditional. The dough will be tinted with a natural coloring "rocou" giving it this orange color. It is a cheese that can be eaten all year round and very popular with children.

Unpasterised cow's milk, lactic ferments, animal rennet, salt, lysozyme, natural surface coloring (rocou).

Use as appetizer or main course, with bread, pasta, salad or other dishes

Store in the refrigerator at 4-8°C, keep refrigerated after opening.
