A gentle blend of red chilli, ginger and herbs. Saute to release the aroma, mix with coconut milk and add meat and vegetables. To make the yellow curry sauce, sauté yellow curry paste with an aromatic mixture of spices.

Ingredients

Garlic 21%, shallots 21%, oil 21%, spices 10%, lemongrass 9%, chili 7%, salt 7%, galangal 4%.

Instructions For Use

Yellow Curry Recipe: Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a sauce pan until very hot. Add the 70g sachet of yellow curry paste. Stir fry until aromatic. Add 1 can (400ml) of coconut mil and 100ml of water. Add 200g of cut-up assorted vegetables (potatoes, onion, cherry tomatoes). Add 10 praws headless 8or tofu). Season with 1 tablespoon of fish sauce. (or salt) and 1 tablespoon f sugar. Simmer until cooked through.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool and dry place.
