Details

This pasteurized butter is produced using “NIZO” manufacturing process. This involves continuous churning of the cream. The butter then undergoes a mixing process during which selected lactic and acid bacteria are incorporated to adjust its pH and its flavour

Storage Instructions

Storage temperature before opening : -18°C / -22°C
Storage conditions after opening / thawing : Defrost the product in a ventilated cold cell between +2°C and +6°C for at least 24 hours.
If the defrosting protocol is not followed, the secondary shelf life of the product is not guaranteed.
Once defrosted, the product can be kept for a maximum of 6 months between +2°C and +6°C without exceeding the shelf life indicated on the product.
