This fleshy, harmonious wine, with its elegant structure, can be drunk now and heralds a most promising future. Vinification The harvest is manual and each grape variety is vinified separately. Some of the Syrah is vinified in whole bunches. The maceration period is about 20 to 25 days. At the end of winter, 100% of the wine is transferred to new 225-litre barrels (French oak) for a period of 12 to 16 months in the magnificent Hospitalet cellar (2,000 barrels). The best barrels of each of the grape varieties are selected and blended to produce this cuvée.

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
