TASTING NOTES Deep ruby red in colour. Warm and enticing berry aromas frame a picture of mocha chocolate, sun ripened plums, cassis and rose winemary. Round, soft and generous, the flavours lead with summer plum and berry compote, vanilla and boysenberry. Hints of mocha chocolate complement the velvet finish. This is a wine with broad shoulders and a straight back, akin to the character of our loyal Barossa growers. Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
