Rokkasen Godan Jikomi Junmai is a rich and multi-layered sake brewed using a rare method—“godan jikomi” (five stages)—that goes beyond the usual three-stage process. Inspired by Edo-era brewing techniques and adapted to modern tastes, this sake offers deeper complexity, a rich umami flavor, and a smooth, lingering sweetness on the palate. Having won the highest gold award at the Kan-zake (warm sake) competition, it is a prime example of exquisite craftsmanship, with a full-bodied yet harmonious and balanced structure. ABV: 15%.
