TASTING NOTES Pale gold in colour with green tints. Fresh, lifted aromas of citrus, red apples and a hint of musk. The palate is lively and full of flavour with a creamy texture from extended time on lees, balanced by crisp, refreshing acidity. DESCRIPTION The classic sparkling varieties of Chardonnay and Pinot Noirare sourced from a diverse range of sites including the warm inland regions of the South Australian Riverland through to cooler vineyard sites in the Barossa Ranges and Adelaide Hills. Vineyard sites are carefully selected to harness those generous flavours essential in sparkling winemaking. Gentle handling in the winery ensures the fruit’s flavour and delicacy is maximised. After blending, the wine remains on light lees until bottling to maintain freshness and increase flavour complexity. Food pairing: Enjoy with prawn and avocado cold rolls or zucchini and corn fritters with nacho cashew cream.
