In 1893 french chef Marie-Catherine Cornic cooked a thin pancake for too long. The result: today's recipe for Crêpe Dentelle. Since 1920 this Breton original is manufactured in a small confectionery. Gavottes Crêpe Dentelle Cookies with caramel and salted butter are a delicious taste sensation perfect for coffee, tea or desserts of all kinds.
Ingredients
Wheat flour, vegetable fat (rapeseed, copra), malto-dextrin, powdered chedddar cheese 12,5% ( Cheddar (milk), emulsifying salt : sodium orthophosphates), cream powder (milk), butterfat (milk), glucose syrup, barley malt extract, salt, yeast extract, flavours, (contain nut, celery), emulsifier : rapeseed lecithin, acidity regulator : citric acid, colours : paprika extract, carotenes.
