Details

Thai-Style Lemongrass & Kumquat Sauce is a captivating blend of the tangy freshness of kumquat, the fiery heat of chili, the savory depth of premium Phu Quoc fish sauce, and a hint of sweetness to balance the flavors.​

Ingredients

Sugar, Water, Fish Sauce, Kumquat Juice, Chili, Lemongrass, Salt, Lime Powder, Garlic, Stabilizer (1422), Galangal, Flavor Enhancer (621).​

Instructions For Use

Marinate using 80g of Dh Foods Thai Sauce with 300g of chicken feet and 100g of green mango or unripe ambarella. Mix well, let it marinate for 0.5–1 hour, and enjoy. A 200g bottle can be used to marinate up to 1kg of ingredients (such as chicken feet, mango, ambarella…).​

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Close tightly after use.
After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 30 days.
