TASTING NOTES Nose: The nose of this Neisson, raised in wood, displays great indulgence. Honey and vanilla scents enhanced by fine cinnamon tips gently caress the olfactory sense and already make you want to be at the next step. Palate: The palate presents a large amplitude where the intense flavors of dark chocolate, nuts and sugar cane are revealed with greed. Final: The final is frank, clean. Very appreciable length which evolves with finesse and elegance on the fresh citrus notes. The whole is supported by an oak wood in all exquisite points. DESCRIPTION Straw rhum agricole distilled from fermented fresh sugar cane juice. Aged 18 months in 1,000 - 2,000 liter French oak vats. INFORMATION DETAILS ABV: 50%

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
