Knorr Minestrone Soup Mix is a garden medley blend of tomatoes, potatoes, pinto beans, onions, cabbage, carrots, peas, green beans and garlic. It's delicious served as a soup or when added to your favourite recipes for extra flavour.

Ingredients

Dried vegetables (tomatoes, potatoes, pinto beans, onions, cabbage, carrots, peas, green beans, garlic), pasta, corn starch, corn syrup solids, monosodium glutamate, beef fat, salt, wheat flour, hydrolyzed soy protein, dried parsley, ham, bacon & smoke flavours, yeast extract, citric acid, colour, artificial flavour, dextrose, sugar, hydrogenated soybean/cottonseed oil, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate, silicon dioxide, wheat maltodextrin and sulphites. May contain traces of milk ingredient.

Instructions For Use

1. In a large saucepan, whisk soup mix with 4 cups (1 L) cold water. Bring to a boil over moderately high heat, whisking constantly. 2. Reduce heat, cover partially and simmer gently 10 minutes, whisking occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
