Instructions For Use
Quick cooking:Rinse the lentils under cold water, put them in a pressure cooker.Cook them 8 to 10 minutes depending on the desired softness in 3 times their volume of water from the rotation of the valve.Classic cooking:
Rinse the lentils under cold water.
Put them in 5 times their volume of cold water.
When boiling, cook for 20 to 35 minutes.
