TASTING NOTES The fresh vibrancy of white peach and apple aromas on the nose, hint at the wine’s sophisticated elegance and a touch of cinnamon and adds to its complexity. A generous mid palate of quince, pineapple and a weighty feel reward while the bright acidity refreshes with an interesting tang and persistant clean, mineral finish. DESCRIPTION Harvested by hand Old vines Malolactic fermentation & maturation: 60% in stainless steel tanks with "sur lie", 40% in Burgundian barrels, an equal mix of 2nd & 3rd fill. INFORMATION DETAILS ABV: 12.5% Grape: 100% Chenin Blanc

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
