Italian pancetta, seasoned with an infusion based on natural spices and flavourings to which honey is added to give it a sweet and refined hint. The skilled tying by hand is followed by steaming without mold and finally natural beech wood smoking, which gives the product a characteristic flavour in addition to a rustic and artisan appearance thanks to the outer burnishing. A careful combining of the sweetness of a pancetta and the delicacy of a cooked ham, resulting in an original product with a sophisticated taste and unrivalled softness.

Store in cool & dry place. Protect from sun light and strong smell, ideally store at 1-4°C
