TASTING NOTES The color is intense, deep ruby red. Flavours of crushed black raspberry, black cherry, plum compote, dried herbs and mulling spice. The taste is full body , juicy, spicy red with a riding creamy palate and a long, refined finish. DESCRIPTION Origin: Tommasi hillside vineyards in the Valpolicella Classico area. Vinification: The wine is aged for 12 months in Slavonian oak casks. Serving Suggestions: A versatile wine that can be drunk throughout a meal. It goes well with dishes that are not too elaborate and is ideal with both white and red meats or moderately aged cheeses. Serving Temp.: 16-18°C INFORMATION DETAILS Alcohol: 13% Grape: Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta, Merlot.

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
