TASTING NOTES This unoaked Chardonnay is an easy-drinking, yet classy wine with lovely freshness, citrus flavours and elegance. The depth of flavour and texture come from these increasingly ageing vines in the Stellenbosch and Robertson areas. DESCRIPTION Grapes were picked individually at varying degrees of ripeness to build good acidity, fruit, depth and minerality. Cool fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with a combination of natural yeasts. The juice was kept on the lees for 6 months to add depth and complexity before final blending. INFORMATION DETAILS ABV: 13% Grape: 100% Chardonnay

Drink directly, not for pregnant women and children

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
