TASTING NOTES This harmoniously characterful blend of classic varieties aims to reflect the individuality of the sites in which it is grown through its fresh and fragrant aromas of red fruit as well as shrubby fynbos notes. On the palate the wine expresses the vintage through a supple and finely hewn texture as well as beautiful fruit concentration before a long, vinously savoury finish. DESCRIPTION Aging: 40% of the wine was matured in French oak barrels for a period of 10 months before blending and bottling Appellation: Coastal, South Africa Vineyards: in Paarl and Wellington INFORMATION DETAILS ABV: 14% Grape: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
