Cacao Nibs, also known as roasted cacao beans, are produced from raw cacao beans that are then roasted, smashed and peeled. Crunchy beans, cocoa aroma, slightly bitter taste. Cacao nibs you can eat directly, or combine with yogurt, ice cream, sprinkled on cake, served with salad.
