Farina - Gluten-free flour mix is a mixture of very fine flours. Ideal for the preparation of your fresh pasta (Spaghetti, Gnocchi, etc ...), your pancake batters, waffles, donuts and to thicken your homemade sauces without lumps. Without eggs, without added milk, without lactose, without wheat.

INGREDIENTS:

corn starch , rice flour , corn flour , thickener: guar gum ; dextrose .

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE::

Use for making fresh pasta (Spaghetti, Gnocchi, etc ...), your pancake batters, waffles, donuts and to thicken your homemade sauces.

STOREAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store in dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight.
