Kale Salad 150g includes 54% kale, 13% cucumber, 20% tomato, 13% carrot, pre-packaged, easy to use for picnics, holidays, company parties without taking much time to prepare. Vegetables are grown using modern technology, no toxic chemicals, hygienically packaged and ensure the freshness of vegetables. Kale is richer in vitamin A than many other vegetables, providing about 133% of your daily vitamin A needs. Kale also provides 134% of your daily vitamin C needs, twice as much as an orange. The amount of calcium in kale is equivalent to the amount of calcium in a glass of milk, helping to strengthen bones and joints, preventing osteoporosis.
