TASTING NOTES Deep with a bold crimson red colour and purple tints. The nose has rich aromas of black cherries and cassis, with forest floor characters to finish. The wine opens with a lively and intense blackberry compote, progressing to rich dark chocolate characters and finishing with succulent tannins that continue the experience long after the wine has left your mouth. DESCRIPTION Oak Treatement: Matured for 11 months in new American oak barriques (8%), balance in one year and older American and French oak barriques and hogsheads. Enjoy now or cellar for eight to ten years. INFORMATION DETAILS Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon Region: Margaret River Alc/Vol: 14.5%

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
