Regia Couscous Medium Grain (500g)

Boil water (220 ml) with a glass of salt in a pan. Remove from the heat, add the same amount of couscous (160g). Add a tablespoon of oil and mix. Let it swell for 5 to 7 minutes and then add a teaspoon of butter. Spread the beans with a fork. Heat for one minute over low heat, stirring constantly, or one minute in the microwave.
