White rice is a husked rice. This organic rice is grown in Camargue. Its qualities come from the exceptionnal land, sun and wind of Camargue. It is gathered when really mature and drought under the sun and the Mistral wind.

Instructions For Use
Wash and cook 1 volume of rice in 1.5 volume of water covered for 10 min. and salt.
Storage Instructions
Store in a dry place away from sunlight.
