Winemaker Notes: “This Sauvignon Blanc is all about the fruit spectrum from citrus flavors through the tropical. Look for notes of tangerine, peach, pear, melon, and pineapple all brought together in a focused manner. This is the perfect wine to enjoy poolside!” - David Ready, Jr. Food Pairing: "Obviously oysters is a great call, but everybody says that! This wine will work great with flavorful dishes such as traditional Thai as well as lighter fish dishes." Aging: 81% stainless steel with 19% barrel ferment ABV: 13.5% T.A.: 0.53g/100mL pH: 3.2

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees, and avoid vibrations.
