TASTING NOTE Aspect: A resplendent golden yellow. Nose: The nose opens on yellow stonefruit aromas, such as peach and apricot, and a refreshing hint of verbena, joined with airing by a touch of toast. Palate: The attack is smooth and harmonious, with marvellously defined fruit (stewed peach and apricot), leading into a full mid-palate and a fresh, mineral finish. GRAPE VARIETIES Semillon: 86% Sauvignon Blanc: 12% Muscadelle: 2%

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
