TASTING NOTES The fruits used to make the old plum G.E. Massenez brandy are round and fleshy plums that come from Alsace orchards and ripen in October. DESCRIPTION Nose: fruity, intense and with a distinct fragrance of ripe plums... Palate: a direct and complex attack on the palate, between an almost floral freshness of the fruit and the intensity of the plum. A fleshy, round and generous Eau-de-Vie. INFORMATION DETAILS ABV: 40%

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
