TASTING NOTES A clear and brilliant color with silver highlights. A floral nose, dominated by citrus notes. This white wine is nicely made up, in roundness and finesse, and enhanced by a delicate acidity. This fruity white wine will pair well with fish dishes and light cheeses. To serve at 8-10 °C. DESCRIPTION In the 18th century, hunting with hounds was a way of life reserved for the nobility. The MARQUIS de CHASSE had a passion for it and would regularly invite his friends to his house in Bordeaux to go out on the chase with their pack. At the end of the day, the game they had bagged was served at a generous banquet washed down with fine Bordeaux wines. INFORMATION DETAILS ABV: 12% Varietals 80% Sauvignon blanc, 20% Sémillon Served at a temperature of 16° to 18°C, it goes beautifully with red meat or stronger-tasting cheeses.

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
