TASTING NOTES Colour: pale yellow and limpid Nose: green apple, hawthorn and white blossoms, citrus aromas and exotic fruits Palate: fresh and well-balanced lot of fatness and length. DESCRIPTION Harvest: Grapes are harvested at maturity Vinification: Grapes are immediately pressed when they arrive at the winery. Settling is carried out by cold-stabilizing after 24 hours. The temperatures of fermentation are contained between 16 and 20°C. Maturing: The wine is aged in vats without malolactic fermentation. Bottling is performed at the end of winter. INFORMATION DETAILS ABV: 13.5% Grape: Blending of Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Bourboulenc

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
