This is a delicious 'semi seco' cava - meaning it is slightly sweeter and richer to balance the chill of ice so that the taste of our wine is not diluted. Expect fine and creamy bubbles, with peach and ripe pear flavours, flower notes and hints of tropical fruits. Freixenet Ice has been especially created to be enjoyed in a large glass over ice with a sprig of mint. For perfect enjoyment at anytime, try mixing it with your own choice of extra flavours. Great wit fruit salds, cheeses and sweet desserts. INFORMATION DETAILS Alcohol by volume:11.5% Grape: Macabeo, Xarel.lo, Parellada, Chardonnay

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
