Maturing: To keep all the wine’s freshness and refinement, it is matured for 6 to 8 months before bottling. Tasting notes: Fruity - Toasted notes - Fresh - Elegant ASPECT: Pale cherry red with a ruby tint. NOSE: The nose is very complex and fresh, with intense, forward fruit on cherry, raspberry mingled with gentle toasted almond notes. PALATE: The wine has a very good attack on elegant and succulent tannins. Fruit flavours on the mid-palate, especially cherry, while the elegant finish combines the fullness of fresh fruit with the refinement of the Casablanca terroir. Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
