The water used in the production of Delverde is pure and rich in minerals, sourced from Italy's famous, nature-preserved river Verde. And, the final secret is the traditional Italian production method, the noodles are pressed with copper molds and slowly dried at low temperature. The traditional production method, although taking more time, makes Delverde noodles more delicious and chewy, and the noodles are silky.
